When is a non-diplomat a diplomat?

@gol979 And for the sake of a diplomatic incident the Brits will let it drop. Normally America might have an interest in being seen to do the right thing here. But at this time very few people expect them to act with any dignity or respect for law.

@whowasthatmaskedman yep. Maybe if it was reported correctly there might be a chance of the correct procedures of law being followed......and here we were getting told the Tories and republicans were the parties of law and order 😉
