For what ? you cant charge a man 2x for the same crime that's double jeopardy and the constitution says you have the right to a speedy trial - so if committed a crime, arrest him, if not shut it.

@MarmeeMarch He's claiming, and his AG is telling him that he can't be charged, though, and he's extending that argument to include investigation, even by State authorities.

I get the frustration over him being endlessly being accused, but on the other side, it's equally if not more frustrating that he can't be, and definitely more frustrating when his supporters bring up ridiculous stuff like double jeopardy.

@MistyCee I only brought it up because of the fact that he cant be charged 2x for the same thing. I know you are not American and dont know about our law. But yes we do have them - we dont pay off our judges with 2 chickens and a goat like your people do..
