Considering that Republicans had the House majority from 2011 forward and the Senate the last two years of Obama’s tenure, that would be a question for the GOP to answer. Considering how they all felt about Obama, why didn’t they impeach him if they believed he actually committed impeachable offenses? Since they had the numbers but did not impeach, we can only speculate that even [i]they[/i] didn’t believe he’d crossed any lines that justified impeachment.
