Is any one else just annoyed the impeachment crap?

Not a fan of trump, just think the house could come up with something better to do for the country than try and impeach trump every five seconds.

I am, I just finished reading the annotations from the conversation, the only mention of Biden was through Biden's son and the company he represents in the Ukraine. Trump asked the President of Ukraine to investigate the company, not Biden or his son, just the company. This is the company that was being investigated by the Ukraine government and Biden told him he wouldn't get US aid unless they fired the prosecutor, and Biden bragged about getting the prosecutor fired by threatening to withhold aid from the US. As far as I am concerned, Biden has no authority to shake down foreign governments for personal favors to protect his son and the company he works for. The dems have been talking impeachment to avoid meaningful work. Still the President has been handling the economy, foreign relations, etc., handily. The temper tantrums from the dems need to stop.

@Roadsterrider This does seem to be the general consensuses from both sides from what I can tell. Even tho there are the die hard leftist.
Roadsterrider · 56-60, M
@Dainbramadge I see it as a good thing, I think there are 10% extreme left and 10% extreme right and the 80% in the middle make up the rest, the pendulum has been swinging to the left since the 70s and with Trump, it starts to go back to the conservative side. The more childish the leftists get, the more of the 80% leans to the right. Maybe we can go 20 or 30 years in a conservative swing and then go back to the middle. At least long enough to put us in the black again.

@Roadsterrider Its not going to happen because Trump has created a cultural war that will ultimately ruin his legacy. He caused it. Blame him. 🙂
Dainbramadge · 56-60, M
@Zonuss Wishful thinking.
Zonuss · 41-45, M
@Dainbramadge No its true. Not too many will talk about it once its all over. And the history books will ignore him. Watch and see. 🙂
Dainbramadge · 56-60, M
@Zonuss But people can't stop talking about him now. Good or bad he is the center of attention. Every night on the news they dedicate at least one story to just him. So much controversy about everything he says and does. Nobody and I mean anyone on either side of the isle will ever forget President Trump.

@Dainbramadge [c=#BF0000]Yeah they will laugh at him for years to come[/c]
Dainbramadge · 56-60, M
@SW-User Not sure what there is to laugh at.
SW-User
@Dainbramadge [c=#BF0000]I've been laughing at him since he ran for President. He's turned America into a reality TV show with his antics. If you can't see it, you either don't watch the news at all or you're delusional [/c]
Dainbramadge · 56-60, M
@SW-User And lefty play #3 right out of the playbook. When you don't have anything intelligent to offer just say " If you don't know I'm not going to tell you".
SW-User
@Dainbramadge [c=#BF0000]My mind can't even grasp the fact dat you don't know. Let's see.. He lies about everything and takes credit for everything and says his administration is the best and even got himself laughed at by saying dat during his UN speech. Then went on embarassing himself saying 'I didn't expect dat reaction but dats ok'. He used a sharpie to alter a map 'cause he just can't admit dat he was wrong and made a mistake. He threatened to ban all Muslims but only banned the few countries which had no to negligible terror attacks in the US so he did it for show and went to lick the Saudis feet right after. He says and does A LOT of dumb cringy stuff like recently he told the Ukrainian president dat he knew the Ukrainian people well and dat they even had a Ukrainian miss universe or something when there never was one so he even lies about the most trivial things. Then while he was in Britain he told a reporter dat Prince Charles didn't 'have' to do anything for his people since he already had everything going for him and Charles showing an interest in climate change showed he's a good person. He basically admitted he doesn't give a shit about the people and he's not a good person. He rolled back on the energy efficient light bulbs and the Californian car emission regulations 'cause he knows he'll be dead in a few years so why should he care about the climate. I could on and on but if you really can't see these things then yes, you are totally delusional 😂 [/c]

@SW-User When he first announced he was running I honestly believed it was a publicity grab to produce a "mockumentary" about just how stupid and inept American politics had become.. Little did I know. But the guy does some of the best comedy since Frasier.

@whowasthatmaskedman [c=#BF0000]He's a total clown. The only thing I'll miss once he's gone is the entertainment he gives 😂[/c]

@Zonuss What will be remembered is a good economy, low unemployment. People will remember how their retirement plans grew. The democrats have aligned with the extreme left, there isn't any way for them to get away from immigration with no limits and medicare for all. When the bill comes due for service that is limited at best, nobody can get private insurance anymore, they will understand why conservative policy is better. When Obama said he was going to make healthcare affordable for everyone, I knew we were getting the short end of the stick. The last parts of ACA go into effect in October. My wife is a nurse and just finished up a week of training on the new rules for medicare, she came home from her training and her comment was "Oh my god, they cut everything." Elder care has been slashed. I am old enough to remember when auto insurance was made mandatory, I was a teenager with a motorcycle, my first policy was $106 a year as a teenager on a motorcycle. The same motorcycle would have cost me about $400 a year for comprehensive coverage. When I renewed my policy, after the government made it more affordable was $400 for liability and about $500 for comprehensive. ACA has been pretty much the same thing. My insurance through my employer, the cost doubled almost immediately and then doubled again a year later, in the third year after affordable care was enacted, I switched to the high deductible with 1/3 of the coverage at twice the cost of the policy before Obama. Plus I am still stuck with the high deductible. Yep, I think Trump time in office will be remembered as a time of relative prosperity. Bernie and Warren have their eyes on the wall street crowd, that means my retirement plan, the libs have squandered social security and now they want to get their hands on my own retirement investments.

@Roadsterrider Dang. Great response.
Dainbramadge · 56-60, M
@SW-User So let me guess. In your opinion he hasn't done anything good for the country right??
SW-User
@Dainbramadge [c=#BF0000]Oh he's not in favour of a war and dats good. But he lies all time so I dunno if he actually means it or not. He's 'tried' to be helpful to a few foreign countries who you wouldn't be in favour of though [/c]
Dainbramadge · 56-60, M
@SW-User Why wouldn't I be in favor?
SW-User
@Dainbramadge [c=#BF0000]You want him to help countries like Saudi Arabia and Pakistan? I doubt it 😂[/c]
Dainbramadge · 56-60, M
@SW-User Why wouldn't I be in favor of that??
SW-User
@Dainbramadge [c=#BF0000]Maybe 'cause of the 'ban all Muslims' rhetoric which was one of the reasons he became president. Even if you're not, the majority of Trump supporters are white males without a college degree and the most racist groups like KKK support Trump.[/c]
Roadsterrider · 56-60, M
@SW-User Who is he helping that you wouldn't want to see getting aid from the US?
SW-User
@Roadsterrider [c=#BF0000]I'm in favour of it, not against it. But Trump supporters in general wouldn't be[/c]

@SW-User Where did you get that information?? Sounds like CNN to me.
In 2013 white people as a whole were 77.7% of the population in the U.S. . Those mostly being blue collar workers. The Trump administration represents them and therefor got their votes. He is still representing them and will continue to receive their votes. Why would we vote for him if he hadn't done anything for us??
I don't understand it with some people thinking they are better than others because they went to college. College doesn't teach you one once of common sense. I guess it does teach arrogance tho.
