Do u think assault rifles be banned here in the US ?

Its about time we looked at this story once again. But what about assault rifles in the US ?
What do you think. Are they really necessary ? I mean any gun can kill you. But these type of guns are for war mainly. It was built to destroy you from the inside out. What do you think SW.

Ah, the question...
Okay, I agree, something has to be done. But banning weapons will never work...
Just the idea, being discussed by the left, has made more law abiding Americans, go out and buy as many, as much as they can
It's been a boom in gun stores, gun shows and even online.

And how would our government, our ststes, enforce the ban? Go door to door, like the Gestopo?
Not happening in my lifetime.

So what to do?
I haven't the slightest clue. 🤔😔

@Montanaman Even if existing weapons are grandfathered in, banning the purchase of new ones would have an effect that would only increase over time.
