If supply-side trickle-down economics is so effective...

why is the person commonly referred to as Baby-trump considering/not considering/considering/not considering payroll taxes that bypass the supply side and puts money directly in the hands of workers?

Payroll tax is paid by the employer to the govt based on the size of its payroll or number of employees. So its a business tax. Not a personal tax. And avoided by employing people off the books, like illegals.
