why is the person commonly referred to as Baby-trump considering/not considering/considering/not considering payroll taxes that bypass the supply side and puts money directly in the hands of workers?

Because thats what happens before a recession. Hes trying to get a tiny bump in economy because thats his last leg to stand on. He rode Obama's economy thus far, and his choices are coming to knock on all of americans doors.
