Trump Threatens to Send ISIS Terrorists to Europe

Most countries in Europe with functional legal systems not only don't have a death penalty - they wouldn't be able to convict these muppets anyway, that's the whole problem.

Not a bad idea, but in practical terms, it would likely lead to their release. Ironically, the nations most open to repatriating their ISIS fighters are the ones with questionable legal systems - Italy, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kazakhstan and Morocco.

We have a hard time putting these people on trial too. It's half the reason Guantanamo exists.

Tbh we should just let Iraqis and Syrians handle them, whatever crimes happened, happened in those jurisdictions anyway.

ok and people blame guns for acts of mass shooting and terrorism. The fuck you think is going to happen if you release all these people? I mean banning guns won't stop mass death incidents. There is a reason the FBI and other intelligence agencies show up at peoples doors randomly. The wrong google search and they think you are trying to make some thing way more illegal than a unregistered pistol.

@CorkyCourtney From my understanding, countries that regulate guns don't have mass shooting deaths. They can't stop all crime but they don't have 60 people die at once.
