Do you believe a homeowner should be charged for murder if he or she uses lethal force on a home invader.

There have been cases where the family of a perpetrator will demand legal action against someone who injured or killed their family member who broke into the home in the first place.

Do think this makes any sense?

I think homeowners should only be allowed to empty two magazines into a home intruder ao as not to disturb the neighbours - unless, of course, they can suitably muffle the sound.

@EugenieLaBorgia Two mags might be excessive. I have a number of fire arms but m personal defense is my Glock 19 which holds 15+1 rounds per mag.

My home defense is my Windham AR-15 which holds 30+1 rounds per mag.

As for silencers that’s a while other can of worms and legal work.
@TakingBackMidgard Those AR-15's are very nice. I think more people should own them.

@TakingBackMidgard If I miss with this the noise alone will scare him to death.....
