Tulsi Gabbard would be a great choice to be the first female President. Poised, knowledgeable, rational, thoughtful are among her many qualities.

@jackjjackson Boris (Johnson) is a slightly more intelligent idiot although not by much. Trump sets a low bar. At least Boris Yeltsin had the excuse of being wasted Trump not so much as far as anyone knows. I suppose he might be a drunk. It would explain alot.
