What does"fiscal conservative" mean to you?

trump promised to eliminate debt yet he will be adding $5.088 trillion to the debt by the time this nightmare is over. That's a 30 percent increase.

Are you predicting another economic recession?

The last 9 out of 10 recessions have been started during a Republican President’s term.
That’s every Republican president from Eisenhower to W.

Good news though; look how many billionaires trump further enriched. That’s gotta count for something...

Well Obama nearly doubled the deficit so 30% isn't that bad. Also who's W? Looks like someone has been copy and pasting lol

I always say W. Or GWB. Is that a problem?

Obama's deficit was high his first few years because the economy cratered, which reduced tax revenue (since like eleventy million people lost their jobs) while increasing SNAP benefits and unemployment insurance payments.

And the stimulus bill, which 99% of real economists credit with stopping a longer depression, cost money as the gov. needed to make up for private spending freezes. But as soon as the economy kicked up, he got spending more under control and deficits went way down.

@SWMae well the economy right now is doing much better than it was before and unemployment rates for some minorities are significantly lower compared to the two previous presidents. That's a fact. You may not like Trump but that's the reality at the moment.

And remember the boost we had under W? Oh excuse, George W. Bush. The economy was thriving until it wasn't...

@SWMae That moron will go down as the worst president of the United States for allowing what he did.

Okay, we agree somewhat.

@SWMae Nothing on that day adds up whatsoever.
