1. Baby-trump fans (here) think they have personally and individually "won" because of their individual effort and because Baby-trump is lying to them about winning?

2. Without reading the report, "the base" thinks Baby-trump was fully exonerated and that there was no collusion?

3. That are so in need of being externally validated, they don't really care what the outcome is and they never will be validated-fulfilled?
