Intolerance is really a personality type, a psychology. There are people who lose their shit if you don't like their sports team or favorite performer. There are people who lose their shit if you don't find the same women gorgeous.
It's the same with politics.
There's plenty of people who will pull your guts out of your prick unless you fawn all over POTUS 45. There were plenty of people who would do the same over POTUS 44.
Same goes for ideology.
Can't be a pro-choice conservative. Can't be a pro-life liberal. Can't be an atheist conservative. Can't be a religious liberal.

I swear, most "political" conversations are really just grinding against rigid psychology.
