Prior to Trump stating that he wanted to build a wall at the southern border, I don't think I heard one story about the border or the situation with illegal immigrants. Only by discovering that the photos of caged children which inflamed so many sensibilities were taken in the year 2014 was I made aware that there was any issue under Obama at all. I believe, quite honestly, that the media protected Obama and downplayed these issues because the media are 90% controlled by the Democrat Party.
It's not all about Trump hate. It's about the fact that Trump snatched away their power. We only hear, on the news, issues that will play for the benefit of one party or the other. When we hear so much outrage against Trump, it is, in fact, outrage that power and money was taken away from the Democrat Party.
Those now bereft of the power to which they feel entitled will take any word that drops from Trumps mouth and blow it all out of proportion, but Trump really gave them a gift when he said he wanted to build a wall. He also gave the drug cartels a great gift, because while Trump is occupied in trying to stem the tide of illegals, the cartels are getting VERY rich with the Democrat Socialist party running interference for them. Their coyotes are raking it in, and their drugs are flooding in using illegals as a distraction.
What it's about is power and money...lots of money. The Democrats might as well be working for the drug cartels, and...maybe they are.
