@MarineBob I'm accounting for a lot of different factors here. Rank, type of job, years of service, bonuses, etc...

And the fact you have some women you underpay slightly less than some men is commendable.

I'm not sure I would elevate this to the level of "fact". Bob is not known for telling the truth.

@daisymay I do that for many reasons besides pissing a union off and tax incentives
