Do you think the government will shutdown this year?

I just agreed to to continue to work and pay all employees for 92 days in the event of a shutdown or lack of funding.

Of course!
It's the new democrat budgeting process.

Perhaps. But there needs to be more serious consequences for lawmakers when this happens. A fair day's pay for a fair day's work is still the standard we live by right? People should not have to worry about their paycheck because lawmakers (who will still get paid) cannot agree.

@TheunderdogofNY but,but some of them are busy on the campaign trail trying to get a new job
I hope not, but it is possible. We know what Congress is going to be focused on for at least the next year and a half.

Probably. The POTUS seems fond of doing that when he wants to get his way.

@Zaphod42 it's his duty to shut it down if the con men can't pass one
