Does the lawless, gutless, and failing Baby-trump believe his own lies or is he just getting confused because he has told so many?

I don't think he cares about truth at all. It's all about what he can sell, and so far, his "base" is buying everything and eagerly awaiting the day when non-believers get their come uppances.
