How important is having diversity in the workforce?

Not important for the employees - but companies / and the school systems have to have quotas - if not they will be investigated for racial or sexual discrimination. So you are forced to hire lower quality worker ( if they in fact are ) just to keep the government off your back. And BTW that goes for Minority owned companies too - gotta have a token white man in there somewhere.
