How important is having diversity in the workforce?

The left whines about religion because “it’s pushed down their throats” however diversity, and lgbt culture is pushed down the throats of everyone. It’s got to the point that it’s causing people who don’t give fuck to be less accepting.

Not important for the employees - but companies / and the school systems have to have quotas - if not they will be investigated for racial or sexual discrimination. So you are forced to hire lower quality worker ( if they in fact are ) just to keep the government off your back. And BTW that goes for Minority owned companies too - gotta have a token white man in there somewhere.

It depends a lot on the job. If you expect to interact with a diverse public, a diverse staff could only be an advantage.
