The US has a carrier group sitting off their coast with enough fire power to obliterate the entire country...and enforce the sanctions. N Korea always clamors its sword when they need money. They threaten nuclear proliferation to get the world to give them billions of dollars. This hasn't happened under Trump. The little dictator started killing his own advisors because not only has his antics not worked, he has drawn the ire of the most powerful military in the world and they are parked off his coast watching his every action. No president has ever had enough courage to do anything like that. And its long overdue.
