Racism, willful ignorance, tribalism or willfully uninformed?

Why do Republicans believe the economic recovery began in 2017 instead of 2010?

Is that how Republicans operate...they demonize their opponents and take credit for their accomplishments by stealing their merits? Through deception and lies they create crisis and then resolve it to their credit? Because they know after a while, the ignorant will follow them like a bunch of lemmings to their destruction?

Are trump supporters unable to go online or understand basic graphs?

Also, why do they believe it was trump who alone brought down the unemployment rate down to 3.6? When he took office it was 4.9 which means it only went down 1.3 points. In 2.5 yrs.

Are trump supporters unwilling to accept it was a black President who saved their economy? They refuse to believe that President Obama took us from disaster to a decent recovery. They forget how far things fell under Bush, and how far Obama brought us.

Racism, or simply fear? Fear of being overtaken in the census by non-whites? Or is that racism?

Do you think Obama’s economy will collapse under trump faster than Clinton’s economy did under W’s?

Has the GOP morphed into a classic cult around trump? From where I'm sitting, it meets all the accepted definitions of cult-like behavior. There’s no other explanation for their blindness and eagerness to overlook his corruption.

It's very simple. Trump made no financial decisions until well into his term. But he says the economy was HORRIBLE until 2017, then within only a few months, he alone was able to turn the economy around. And they believe it. Is this why trump "loves the poorly educated"?

Do you think Republicans will believe whatever suits their narrative if it means not giving Obama the credit that he deserves? How could they forget the wrecked economy Bush left for Obama?

So may questions, so little time...

Bottom line.
Current Unemployment Rate - 3.6%
There are more jobs available than people to fill them.

Obama's numbers were never easy to nail down. Here's a synopsis from fact check [pretty friendly with the left.
The numbers are nearly all in now. What they show about what really happened during the eight years that Barack Obama was president is sometimes different from what politicians claimed.

The economy gained a net 11.6 million jobs. The unemployment rate dropped to below the historical norm.
Average weekly earnings for all workers were up 4.0 percent after inflation. The gain was 3.7 percent for just production and nonsupervisory employees.
After-tax corporate profits also set records, as did stock prices. The S&P 500 index rose 166 percent.
The number of people lacking health insurance dropped by 15 million. Premiums rose, but more slowly than before.
The federal debt owed to the public rose 128 percent. Deficits were rising as Obama departed.
Home prices rose 20 percent. But the home ownership rate hit the lowest point in half a century.
Illegal immigration declined: The Border Patrol caught 35 percent fewer people trying to get into the U.S. from Mexico.
Wind and solar power increased 369 percent. Coal production declined 38 percent. Carbon emissions from burning fossil fuel dropped 11 percent.
Production of handguns rose 192 percent, to a record level.
The murder rate dropped to the lowest on record in 2014, then rose and finished at the same rate as when Obama took office.

Unemployment? They don't know or are embarrassed to say.

@Budwick That cost over a trillion dollars to fuel in a good economy which donnie continually steals credit for. You can believe he is using his tariff game to benefit personally.

Lock him up!

@Pfuzylogic
donnie continually steals credit for.
You want to believe Obama is responsible for today's booming economy? Go ahead. Trump haters are wrong about most things - may as well include that.

@Budwick
There is no way donnie would have been able to have done what Obama did after W took a crap on the economy with the home loan derivative market busted.
Republicans keep forgetting where irresponsible financial deregulation got us.
Budwick · 70-79, M
@Pfuzylogic And you are ignoring all the wonderful results derived from Trump's administration.

@Budwick
A brand new car has wonderful smells and feels until you have to pay for it. donnie boy unnecessarily put us into another trillion dollar debt to pay off his friends. Wait...he is going to burden the average man with paying off his ignorant tariffs.
We will have to suffer this thief forever?
Budwick · 70-79, M
@Pfuzylogic He's no thief.
And,when he wins his 2nd term, it's only 4 more years.

His 'ignorant' tariffs are working and as such will only be temporary; hopefully like your brain damaged view of the president.

@Budwick
He needs to open up his closed door meetings. We need to see if there is an exchange of his submission to others in exchange for enriching himself.
To say it simple,
I don’t trust the pervert.

You can't please all the people ... ya know?
Chuck and Nancy felt differently when they gathered to talk to Trump. They didn't want cameras in on the meeting.

@Budwick
We know the love letters from Kim and his acquiescence to Putin have compromised him.
Budwick · 70-79, M
@Pfuzylogic You and the rest of 'we' know nothing.

@Budwick
I refuse to willingly finance him and his children, the skittle buddies.
Budwick · 70-79, M
@Pfuzylogic Trump isn't even taking his presidential salary.
I don't understand the rest of your nonsense.

@Budwick
My response relates to the argument I see.
Budwick · 70-79, M
@Pfuzylogic Your nonsense reply then is you.

Go worship your president.

@Pfuzylogic
I worship God.

I would hope you do have better things to do than repeatedly having your ass handed to you.

@Budwick
Funny how you say that when your statements aren’t liked and mine are.
Need any more education or are you hoping for the resurgence of the trump academy? 🤭
Budwick · 70-79, M
@Pfuzylogic Funny how you say your statements are liked.
You guys convinced yourselves that Hillary was a shoe in cuz 'your statements were liked.'
Pfuzylogic · M
@Budwick
