American Trump fans, does it annoy you that we have nationalised health care and it pretty much works?

I guess the issue comes down to how it is funded. I get the impression the Americans are much less fond of paying tax than some other countries, especially if they are not the recipient of the tax spend. It's a perfectly valid view. Just not one that I share.
