But they never call for better laws for the other options like adoption. They never call for easier adoption laws

The problem is abortion is 400 dollars, to adopt a child it's between 12 and 15,000 dollars. If they flipped the costs around there's not a woman that would want to abort.
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@Theliberal not all adoption are expensive in some states adopting out the system is almost nothing. My parents adopted that way. They are looking to adopt again
Theliberal · 36-40, M
@Mountainlady16 the cost of abortion should be 10,000 dollars unless the woman's life is in danger. In that case it should be free
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@Theliberal if it's before viability only
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
@Theliberal Putting a kid up for adoption is completely free, you weirdo. It's not the non-existent cost of putting a kid up for adoption that's the point of the matter for women who get abortions. It's completing the pregnancy.
Theliberal · 36-40, M
@QuixoticSoul so your saying she's a quitter? A woman who gets an adoption can't complete what she started?
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
@Theliberal Can't, won't, doesn't want to - doesn't matter.
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@QuixoticSoul yes it does abortion kills adoption doesn't
Theliberal · 36-40, M
@QuixoticSoul I agree, she's a loser either way. Can't even complete one task.
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
@Mountainlady16
yes it does abortion kills adoption doesn't
I think you lost the thread of the conversation here.

@Theliberal Oooooh so edgy, you're a real rebel.
UserNameSW · 46-50, M
@QuixoticSoul prenatal care is free?
Theliberal · 36-40, M
@QuixoticSoul not really I just like calling murder what it is murder. And not abortion to make it seem humane. I don't get along with killers or supperers there of very well.
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@UserNameSW in all states pregnancy Medicaid is available
UserNameSW · 46-50, M
@Mountainlady16 not all states, and in the states where it is offered does not cover all costs?
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@UserNameSW mine did when I used it with my first pregnancy cause the minute we said I do me and my husband lost coverage under our parents insurance but u have to be 18 to get Obamacare.
UserNameSW · 46-50, M
Every one makes their choice for their reasons. These are very specific and personal.

Cost may impact that choice.
Someone who was raped shouldn't be financially punished after the rape.

Someone who has medical complications shouldn't be forced to make a negative health care options
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
@Theliberal Lmao that's an absolutely adorable level of angst 😂

Sigh religious idiots smh
Mountainlady16 · 22-25, F
@UserNameSW rape and medical reasons is less than 1 percent of abortions
UserNameSW · 46-50, M
@Mountainlady16 the affordable care act doesn't cover all medical costs.

Not all make a choice due to cost. For those that do, cover the cost and they'll be likely to make a different choice.
@Theliberal
the cost of abortion should be 10,000 dollars
Wiiiich would accomplish NOTHING. Practically speaking, it would be the same for many women as banning abortion and guess that? That doesn't stop abortion. It doesn't even slow it down. It just makes it more dangerous.
Theliberal · 36-40, M
@Pikachu who cares? They and you have no problem killing the innocent why would anyone care about them?
@Theliberal

You don't have to care.
I'm just pointing out how poorly thought out your solution was.
It accomplishes nothing except more death.
Theliberal · 36-40, M
@Pikachu not really, it would deter a lot if cost was high.
@Theliberal

No, it really wouldn't.

Tell me, why do you think a high cost for abortion would be a deterrent when abortion being entirely illegal isn't?
Theliberal · 36-40, M
@Pikachu abortion isn't illegal.
@Theliberal

But in places where it is, it does not demonstrably decrease the instances of women aborting.
So again, why do you think a high cost would be a deterrent if law is not?
