British Politics Are Getting Dangerous

Britain really is in a situation where if someone disagrees with you, "you're a fascist, therefor it's okay to throw bricks at you, as one day you may become a Nazi". That really is a genuine thought by some people in my country, this increasing joke of a country. To other nationstates, please see Britain as a warning of tolerating political violence and the fringe left.

Hmm, I could have sworn they were using milkshakes instead of bricks over there 🤔
cunningcrocodile · 31-35, F
@QuixoticSoul It quickly escalated. Coming from someone who lives over here.
Burnley123 · 41-45, M
@cunningcrocodile I live over here.
cunningcrocodile · 31-35, F
@Burnley123 But you think that throwing labels and talking about how TR used to be the leader of the EDL is an an argument. You could live next door to the place where the milkshake throwing happened and you'd be just as clueless as you are now, with your idiotic logic.
Burnley123 · 41-45, M
@cunningcrocodile It is an argument because he was their leader no more than seven years ago. He still works with the EDL and they support him.

He's either changed his political strategy to become more subtle or he's completely changed his politics. You know what I think.

@Burnley123 He left because whilst he was in prison, racist elements took too much influence over the group. I did have the misfortune of meeting someone who was boasting about going to an EDL march, and he chanted about TR being a traitor.
Burnley123 · 41-45, M
@cunningcrocodile Did the EDL ever have any non-racist elements? The EDL split over strategy and because of personal rivalries. They were a gang of thugs and the EDL people these days all support Tommy, as do the football lads alliance.
cunningcrocodile · 31-35, F
@Burnley123 The EDL had both racist and non racist elements. Many of the founders were not white. And many of the donors were jewish, or at least that's what the actual far right would have you believe.
Burnley123 · 41-45, M
@cunningcrocodile I've been on a demo against the EDL. It was a peaceful demo btw and one organised by leftists. I saw no none-white faces on the EDL side.
cunningcrocodile · 31-35, F
@Burnley123 I see no none white faces at many leftist organisations. I then see these same all white leftists target minority groups, abusing them for daring to "betray their own group" by disagreeing with them. Really disgusting people.

@cunningcrocodile
The English Defence League (EDL) is a far-right, Islamophobic organisation in the United Kingdom. A social movement and pressure group that employs street demonstrations as its main tactic, the EDL presents itself as a single-issue movement opposed to Islamism and Islamic extremism, although its rhetoric and actions target Islam and Muslims more widely. Founded in 2009, its heyday lasted until 2011, after which it entered a decline. It is presently chaired by Tim Ablitt.

Lmao those morons 😂
cunningcrocodile · 31-35, F
@QuixoticSoul Yes, they are morons. And any moron can go "well I'm going to label you as a supporter of a stupid group for disagreeing with me, that's my argument" xD
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
@cunningcrocodile Lmao that is who you're worried about? Bwahaha
