Congress has just voted to hold AG Barr in contempt of Congress for failing to comply with their subpoena of the unredacted Mueller report?

I have heard conflicting stories about the legality of this proceeding. I have heard that AG Barr can not be ordered to break federal law by Congress, and that by providing Congress with unredacted materials relating to ongoing Grand Jury information Barr would be breaking the law.

I have heard that ALL information in the Mueller report is available to Congress except for protected Grand Jury information.

Since it would be up to Barr to enforce said charge ... I think he’s pretty safe. Eric Holder has previously shown us just how useless a contempt of Congress charge is. They are just setting the stage to say all of the indictments that are supposedly looming would be invalid .

Get worse .... once the IG report drops on the FISA SCANDAL , indictments will follow . Then, if Trump declassifies all the FISA docs, more will follow and likely a special Counsel to clean up the Russia scam

@TexChik In a way, I pity them. The Dem party does not HAVE to be garbage. Some of them really do have some good ideas for helping the American people. Blue Dog Democrats are embarrassed and humiliated by the direction in which their own party is being led. If they would just clean up their act...but...that's not gonna happen. They are all pandering to the psycho TDS far left progressives.

If I were in charge of their party, I would separate the far, far, left nut jobs and insist that they form their own party. That would get the very far left progressives in their own basket, and it would keep this garbage out of our faces.

I just saw where Trump evoked executive privilege to prevent the libs from seeing the Mueller report .

@TexChik Jeez...I hope they do. I don't want to be horribly mean, but impeachment is the surest path to Trump's re-election, as Nancy Pelosi has stated. Some members of Congress are too dumb to figure that out.
