Private companies have the right to refuse service up until the point where they're violating civil rights.

@cunningcrocodile No shirt, shoes policies would be allowed. Refusing to bake a specialty cake while allowing the customer to buy any premade cake (which is what really happened in the cake example) would be allowed. A company that has assumed the public square would not, however, be allowed to ban people for legal speech.

@Sicarium I agree, yet in reality, the exact opposite happened. Though I suppose they just push to illegalise speech. What a clown world.
