All Eyes On Venezuela As Socialism Fails Again

President Nicolas Maduro dictatorship is showing signs of failure.
The people of Venezuela want freedom from oppression.

President Trump has recognized the subjugation of the Venezuelan people and American credibility to the violent authoritarianism of Nicolás Maduro. He has responded by pledging the calibrated application of American power to the accession of interim Venezuelan President Juan Guaidó.

Trump has been magnificent in guiding the movement to freedom.

With the way this is worded you're either for Democracy as Trump states it or in favor of Dictatorships. Unfortunately it isn't quite that way from my perspective.

Do I think Trump has done a good job stating they need to have Maduro step down and accept the right of his people in Democracy. Yes.

Do I think what Maduro had was Socialism. Not only no but hell no. This was a dictatorship and nothing more or less. There wasn't ANY socialism in what his government did. There's a huge difference between Maduro's government and a Socialist Gov't. Maduro's regime was more like the Communists than even what remotely resembles the so-called Socialist Democracies of today.

@Notme123abc I tend to agree with you. True socialism does have a lot of problems supplying food to it's people, but not like this. This is more like a Mafia takeover.
