Trump is taking a pass on handing out this year's National Teacher of the Year award honors — forgoing a tradition that dates to Pres Truman. But why?

Well, we all know Trump loves the uneducated so this is maybe to be expected.

I googled the winner, Rodney Robinson. Just so happens Rodney is a black guy from Virginia. Would this make a difference? Maybe. The City of Richmond and the state of Virginia went for Hillary in 2016.

Also, Trump hates education. It makes people not vote for him.

Trump doesn't want to upset his base by lauding a black teacher when his base shuns higher education.

I’m certain that figures into it. Someone just posted where Trump snubbed the #1 NFL draft pick and congratulated #2 instead. And guess what—#1 is black. #2 is not. So, as they say, [b]you[/b] do the math. White supremacist groups consider Trump their champion for a [b]reason[/b]. And Trump was obviously a racist long before he was trashing Obama every chance he got. 😔

Aren't you taking a leap w/ your assumption regarding Mr. Robinson being black, Virginia in 2016 going for Hillary? Explain how Trump hates Education.
