He can't just do whatever he wants just because he's Donald Trump. Looks like he's about to find that out the hard way.

@jveryoral Hmmm, that's not what the Mueller report says 🤔.

@jveryoral Well if that's what you want to think, go ahead 🤷🏼♀️.

@jveryoral Yeah, and what happened to him when it was revealed that he lied?
bijouxbroussard · F
@jveryoral And impeachment proceedings followed...remember ?

@HerKing I just need to say thank you. Thank you for killing it here and providing factual information without the bs.

@JaggedLittlePill Trumpers don't like facts. It's almost like krytonite unless Trump approves. I wonder how they'll cope with Trump's latest rant...A few days ago Mueller's report exonerated him (Trump's words)
Today it's lies apparently. So presumably it doesn't exonerate him? 🙂

@HerKing I just don't understand..when these people are lied to inside relationships how do they behave? do they behave the same or do they take steps to get rid of those people from their lives? do they become delusional and actually believe the lies and when they are presented with solid evidence of the lies do they toss it in the garbage and continue to project onto others? ...I mean..because even the smallest of things...like Sara Sanders making up boldfaced lies...they don't actually care if the government tells the truth....but they claim to.

@JaggedLittlePill Some do, there was a film made...Gaslight. It's about a husband who convinces his wife she's (Among other things) losing her sight by turning the lights lower until she's nearly mad.
Gaslighting is a tactic in which a person or entity, in order to gain more power, makes a victim question their reality. It works much better than you may think. Anyone is susceptible to gaslighting, and it is a common technique of abusers, dictators, narcissists, and cult leaders. It is done slowly, so the victim doesn't realize how much they've been brainwashed. For example, in the movie Gaslight (1944), a man manipulates his wife to the point where she thinks she is losing her mind.
@jveryoral Doesn’t change the fact that this president lies constantly and badly. And he’s been demonstrably more interested in punishing those who disagree with him than trying to work with them, or acknowledging that he’s president of the entire country—not just his supporters.

@JaggedLittlePill And here's one more sinister..He even boasts about it.
Interview in Göring's cell (3 January 1946)
Göring: Why, of course, the people don't want war. Why would some poor slob on a farm want to risk his life in a war when the best that he can get out of it is to come back to his farm in one piece? Naturally, the common people don't want war; neither in Russia nor in England nor in America, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy or a fascist dictatorship or a Parliament or a Communist dictatorship.
Gilbert: There is one difference. In a democracy, the people have some say in the matter through their elected representatives, and in the United States only Congress can declare wars.
Göring: Oh, that is all well and good, but, voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same way in any country.
Seem familiar?

@HerKing I am a victim of manipulation and gaslighting. I have been involved with narcissists...more than I care to admit.

@SW-User Why not, dumbo actually did trash the constitution and break the law repeatedly and you didn't care. Don't pretend to care now that it's not being done. This is why most of America thinks you people are stupid.
