Which is worse...?

1. Identified criminal intent of the Baby-trump?
2. A 72 year old who is "so" dependent on others to keep him out of (obvious) trouble?
3. Collusion with Russian government agents?
4. Obstruction of justice direct attempts by the Baby-trump?
5. A glowing synopsis of the Mueller Report given by the Attorney General that is not supported by the (Attorney General's approved redacted) actual report?

6. The possible future failure of Repiblicans in Congress to even consider the facts detailed in the Mueller report.

@MistyCee How about the probable failure of the Trump haters to move on.
@eli1601 I don't think that will means as much, whether its justified or not.

All Trump haters can do is whine and make noise for the next two years.

Only if and when cnn tells em to. @eli1601

@MistyCee Not true since so many Trump haters are Democrat committee chairmen

Such as pencil dick?

@eli1601
@eli1601 House chairmen can issue subpoenas and conduct investigations, which really just amount to noise and whining, as long as Republicans in the Senate don't listen and Trump officials refuse to comply.

What I'm saying is, ultimately, if Republicans ignore what Democrats say is in the Report, Democrats can get out of oversight hearings, etc, nothing will happen.

How it all affects the election is another matter, of course.

But even there, I think, as long as neither side budges, the Republican message that Democrats are obstructing Trump for "no reason" after Barr said no collusion, no obstruction, will become more persuasive over time, and the Democrats whining will be less effective.

I know I'm not really addressing what's "worse" in terms of who's right or wrong, but in terms of effect, Senate Republicans, if they don't break ranks, can prevent the Democrats from doing anything, and Trump can continue to do whatever he wants by Executive Order, subject only to review by the Courts, which the Senate is continuing to fill with the most loyal judges he can nominate.

The more Democrats whine, the more Trump can blame them, and use them as an excuse for not getting legislation passed.

At the end of the day, Republicans refusing to look at the stuff in the Report and continuing to protect the President and rejecting all criticism seems "worse" to me than Trump haters faking to move on, because the latter at best doesn't make much difference, and eventually, may get abandoned because it's self defeating.

@MistyCee I don't think it has anything to do with Republicans not looking at stuff in the report. It has to do with them not reaching the conclusions you and the dems want them to.
@eli1601 If number 6 was Republicans actually considering the facts in the Report and taking them them into account in doing their jobs, while I might still disagree with them, I might think at least one of the others would be worse.

This is still the bottom line.

@MistyCee Judging by the GOP leadership response, no. However, you can see what the FoxNews web site says
@eli1601 So why didn't you say my response was full of shit in the first place?
eli1601 · 70-79, M
@MistyCee I thought I did

@MistyCee Don't worry. 6 more years and you can complain about the next Republican president.
@Northwest I really wish I could get an RSS feed for fox.
hippyjoe1955 · 61-69, M
@MistyCee Why? You hate anything they would tell you anyways. Kind of funny though.

@MistyCee I don't know if they still implement RSS feeds. I was surprised to see all this on their front page today, but it usually does not last long. I started another thread about it here.
