When does it take 400+ pages along with a redaction exercise plus a news conference to confirm "total exoneration?"

The findings page is not redacted because it is a blank piece of letterhead paper.

The media and Dems never let the truth interfere with a good lie. @MarmeeMarch
HerKing · 61-69, M
@jackjjackson You didn't read the 80 pages of accounts of how Trump tried to obstruct the investigations into him, his campaign and looking into Russia interfering in the 2016 election...

Weird if you did.
@HerKing You can type any fairytale on paper - aaaaaand use as much paper as you want.
HerKing · 61-69, M
@MarmeeMarch Its fine, you're a Trump cultist and use his shit for toothpaste, I get that. But if it's such a fairytale how are you also using it as basis to say Trump is innocent? Presumably that part is made up too? Yes? 🤣
@HerKing Until I see proof he is guilty - thats how it works in this nation
HerKing · 61-69, M
@MarmeeMarch Funniest line in the report is Trump asking McGahn why he was taking notes. "Because I'm a real lawyer" replied McGahn.. "I know lots of great lawyers, they never took notes, Roy Cohn never took notes.."

Cohn was disbarred for unethical conduct.. oh Donny, you thick twat. 🤣
HerKing · 61-69, M
@MarmeeMarch You're not going to be asked to be the arbitor, so your demand is somewhat irrelevant.

On a wider note, no it isn't how it works in this nation. 75% of prison inmates haven't had a trial, it was plea bargained. They might be either guilty or innocent.
@HerKing
it was plea bargained.
you do understand the concept - right??? They know they are guilty and they are gambling on if a trial will set them free or take a reduced sentence. It is their choice solely they had a chance to get a trial and opted to take a chance. Then you bleeding hearts say that they never got a trial -

I see, so what if they know they're innocent but can't afford a lawyer to dig in and show they've been wrongfully arrested..Or do you think there's no such thing?
@HerKing You are not from the US are you - if you can not afford a lawyer you can get a public defender FREE. So dont play that - no lawyer BS
HerKing · 61-69, M
@MarmeeMarch And now you're going to tell me a public defender will spend the same resources as a well paid lawyer will ...

Oh wait.
@HerKing I was waiting for that one - that they are all crappy lawyers - what took you so long. Yea its a shame that they could not afford a "dream team" from Beverly Hills maybe they should have thought about that BEFORE they molested a kid or raped an old 90 year old lady or killed the father of 3 kids.
HerKing · 61-69, M
@MarmeeMarch Oh, so you've already established the crimes committed and they're guilty? Funny that you have the presumption of innocence no matter what with Trump...Although he has along list of shit he's done in the past and present.. Funny that. 🙂
@HerKing Nooooo I am only going along with you prisoner / plea bargain topic argument that you will not win.
HerKing · 61-69, M
@MarmeeMarch Actually it was you that posted...

Which is it? Innocent till proven guilty or assume they're guilty?
@MarmeeMarch Interesting... you need to see "proof" of Trump's guilt - yet you have no problem with calling Notre Dame a terror attack, despite the fact that there is an absence of such proof that you demand to see over Trump???
@HerKing The first one - of course. You are not going to win this round - take off the gloves - put tail between legs and scamper away now.
HerKing · 61-69, M
@MarmeeMarch The first one? So you retract the next two? You don't assume they're guilty when they plea bargain?
@HootyTheNightOwl First of all I said it MOST LIKELY was a terrorist attack. And second in this country it is Proof that will set you free or put you away.
@HerKing I personally can not prove or accuse them - the courts can not do that either - that is why they call it a [big]PLEA BARGAIN [/big] - YOU the accused have the choice weather to have a trial - nobody is pointing a gun at you forcing you to take the Plea Bargain you can have a trial. But ONLY the accused knows whether he is guilty or not.
HerKing · 61-69, M
@MarmeeMarch
First of all I said it MOST LIKELY was a terrorist attack.
Why? It's actually MOST LIKELY a workman left something alight or very hot on the scaffolding when he clocked off for the day and it gradually scorched then ignited the timbers.
And second in this country it is Proof that will set you free or put you away.
Really? There's ample proof that Trump has committed tax fraud (He did in the 80's and was fined)..There's ample proof his scam university was...a scam university...Yet he's still free.
@HerKing Funny the workers leave for home at 1700 or 1730 and the fire alarm went off about 50 minutes later about 1820 or 1855 - that must have been a slow fire - even with all that old wood. Hmmmmm
@MarmeeMarch I call bull!!! I spoke to you at the time and I pointed out that the cathedral was undergoing restoration that created situations that could have heightened the potential for a fire to happen. You could have acknowledged that I had a valid point and considered it, but you didn't. Instead, you demanded proof that it wasn't - without any evidence to say that it was.

Proof sets you free or puts you away??? What about the men and women that you could potentially send to war based on your "most likely" hunch??? Seems to me that you may be as delusional as your "president".
@HootyTheNightOwl I said it was most likely - if you look at the post (if it is still up you will see it)

Or put another way...The prosecution says if you plead not guilty and it goes to trial which you can't win (Because WE have the resources) you'll get the maximum sentence and more when you're found guilty...If you make a deal, sure we won't get you banged up for twenty years, but you'll do 5 and we call that a win.

And that is justice? Firstly if he/she deserves 20 years because he/she is guilty, then he'she should do 20 years..If innocent, they should go free, not make an arrangement to make the private prisons make more money.
