That aside, the tax break that was to put $4000 in middle class family's account (But hasn't, some are paying more), let the top 1% get 85% of the break. Who in turn put less than 10% back into their companies. There is no such thing as trickle down economics, there wasn't in the 80s and 90s, there isn't now.
