I'm even wondering if most people know what they are voting for... Ignorance and personal prejudice leaving people to go rampant with their choices is hardly a good thing.

@SW-User What do you think should be done about that?

@Zoeoz I'm not quite sure. But a lot of the messes happening in the western world.. Esp right now with Brexit could have gone better if it weren't for people being blinded by personal prejudices and inability to look at the larger picture.

@Zoeoz Nothing. You can't legislate the 'stupid' out of people. And if it was up to the govt to educate people about the policies and opinions of major issues and politicians competing for office, then they would be slanting to the view that was favorable to them.

I.E.........the NAZIS and the Communist Political Officers of the USSR.

There is nothing we can do about it. It's the price of freedom.

@DallasCowboysFan I very much agree with you, except for the characterization of other people's views as stupid. Freedom of speech is sacrosanct :)

@Zoeoz I did not mean that people's opinions are stupid if they disagree...just the ones that can't name their governor or the vice president or still believe the Earth is flat.
