Should border control destroy supplies left for illegal immigrants?

Like dump out food and water and cut up clothes left by some groups to discourage them from trying to cross?

Absolutely obscene. Regardless of the situation, be it police dousing food for the homeless in bleach, shutting down shanty cities in winter, or destroying aid meant for border crossers, it is signing the death warrant for these people and tantamount to murder.
