What are your thoughts about muslims?

I especially want to ask this to ppl from europea and usa. How do u ( would you ) feel about seeing many muslims in ur country ? How would u feel if one day muslim population gets the majority of ır country ?
(I am asuming muslims in general are just as loyal as the nonmuslims to the laws)

I judge people according to their actions. I couldn't care less of their religion or culture, as long as they are decent human beings.

Some of the nastiest people I have ever met go to church on a Sunday.

@Peapod Exactly! I know more hypocrites who may know more scripture than many. Only problem is knowing scripture does not make one honorable. The devil knows scripture too. People need to walk the walk...

@SuperA, exactly right my friend. You will know a true Christian (or any other person of faith) by their actions, not by what they can quote.

I agree -

@MarmeeMarch, sorry I don't have pictures of the crusades and beyond. But the history is abysmal. But hey, I know a few wonderful Christians too, so I judge according to character. Period.

@Peapod Exactly! Judging by religion, race or gender serves to divide. I've been judged by my dark hair and eyes and told to "Go back to MEXICO, where I came from." Ironic thing is I have NEVER been to Mexico! My family, as you know has been on this land we now call the US. My ancestors came when NM was still a part of Mexico. My dad was born in NM before it was part of the United States. Judge by the character of a person and not anything else....
@SuperA The only good racist is a dead raciest.
@Peapod Oh well I would need proof of the crusades for me to believe that anything was as large as 911 - too bad you have none.
Peapod · 61-69, F
@MarmeeMarch, I know that I am not going to change what you believe. That is fine with me. I gave my opinion and don't need to go on and on about it.
@GingerPeach No - a racist lives matter - you may not agree but they are ppl too - My father had a similar saying too - but not quite like yours

@SuperA, I watch people on the internet tear each other apart on a daily basis, just over political ideology. I bet most of us want much the same things in life and many people on both sides of the political spectrum have tons of strength and character. Both sides also have some real shits speaking for them too. It just floors me to see the assumptions thrown around about people we don't even know.

Despite the dysfunction I grew up with, I was taught very young to judge people by how they treat others. I am glad that carried into my adult years. It sure helps me to not hate for the wrong reasons.
@Peapod Great comment Peas.
@MarmeeMarch That is JMO. You can think whatever you want.

@GingerPeach, thank-you Ginger Peach. 😘
@Peapod Welcome Peapod.

@Peapod It truly is sad to see all the tearing down of one another online. That is why I don't post my opinions often. Those who know me know exactly how I feel about things that people argue (not debate) with online.

I learned "how to be a decent person" to others LONG before I knew about politics. It's easy to be argumentative and an ass online. I was taught that EVERYBODY has their own strugles in life. I don't need to add on to problems. All I need to be is Kind...

@SuperA, I feel embarrassed for keyboard warriors. I know darn well they could never do this in their real life. I saw this in my own family! Anybody can say anything they want and not be held accountable by most. But one day, their words will still be out there, perhaps being read by someone that really looked up to them. Words have a way of coming back around to bite.

@GingerPeach Oh may I ? thank you for your permission - dingbat
@MarmeeMarch I don't give a flying flip what you do.
My comment was to SA for the way she and her family have been treated so stop butting in conversations that you were no part of.
SuperA · 70-79, F
@GingerPeach We have a neighbor in our building that "butts" her nose into everybody's business!! Yesterday she was told to keep outta my hubby's business. I think hubby is the new hero, here Lmao

SOME people just like to be like an annoying mosquito that flies around you until you swat it!!

Damn, this poster reminds me of one of the MOST rude-ass people I ever ran across. A real keyboard warrior! LMAO
Life is to short to put up with those people and I won't do it.
Peapod · 61-69, F
@GingerPeach, he keeps revisiting our conversation. Seems to find us interesting, even though a few of us have clearly said we are not here to argue or change minds. 🤔
SuperA · 70-79, F
@GingerPeach No need to put up with the roaches that just exist to bother you!!
Peapod · 61-69, F
@SuperA, they simply move from place to place when they get exterminated. They always give themselves away no matter how much scurrying into corners they do.
SuperA · 70-79, F
@Peapod Right??!!
