This dude in my university is claiming that Antifa is "the greatest threat to United States national security."

He says Antifa is "beating people to death in countries across the world." For Christ sake...

@soar2newhighs I don't get it 🤔 What's Soros got to do with it?
Often alleged he was a funder for such groups, ANTIFA being one of them.@BlueMetalChick

@soar2newhighs I barely know who Soros is so most of the stuff I hear about him is new to me.
Well you might google Soros & ANTIFA. See what you come away with.@BlueMetalChick

@soar2newhighs Regardless, Antifa is irrelevant af these days and they haven't killed anyone, thankfully. So this guy was just making shit up.
Well ANTIFA is not a bunch of Altar Boys, or Scouts...they have a tendancy towards violence. If you feel this other poster is making stuff up, I encourage you to look up ANTIFA and decide for yourself.@BlueMetalChick

@soar2newhighs Poster? It's a guy in my university, not a site member.

I know exactly who Antifa is. I know they're violent and engage in vandalism. But they're a bunch of edgy teens who wear face masks. They're not a threat to national security.
Not that I necessarily disagree with you, and I thought it was another poster. That said. 1. When someone says what he say/she says, don't take it at face value. research it, from various sources. 2. Who determines what is a national threat to security is very likely people well above, as we would say in the military, "above his pay grade". My point is some people in Gov't for various reasons may well consider them a threat.@BlueMetalChick
