Didn't All Those Rich Parents Realize They Could Have Sent Their Kids to Trump University for Far Less?

I’m amazed to see all these private universities on the list, because the whole “donate to the school and we’ll get your kids in” thing is so well established already. Maybe bribing is cheaper?
