Why can't the GOP admit there's no wall being built? Why did he not build it when he had full control for 2 years?
Where is it being built? How is it being built if the money for it hasn't been approved? When was eminent domain settled?

Some money was already allocated in the budget to wall maintenance. Trump has been advertising that, as building the wall. He lies, lies and then lies some more.
