shouldn't that be two questions:
1) was there collusion?
2) was there credible evidence?
unless you have him on tape (Nixon) or he put something in writing ...may not be evidence.
sounds like there was all sort of dirty politics on both sides - but then with all that power and money involved, anyone that believes that either side played above board and honorable is pretty naive (in my not so humble opinion).

what I am saying is that something can occurr but if you don't have the credible proof you shouldn't go to trial.
