Declaring a non-existent or even questionable national emergency for personal political purposes to get around constitutional delegation of powers to Congress, IMO, rises to a different level.
It makes Obama's little DACA thing look really puny and insignificant, and is the kind of crap baby dictators have to do in order to get to be big boy dictators.
