Enough is Enough! The shutdown needs to end NOW!!

@HootyTheNightOwl Yeah he is really showing who he is. We've all known him to be horrible at running business, always wanting his way and issues paying his employess. This is truly showing now. He is attempting to run America like one of his businesses. We've even known him to be quick to fire someone…. And how many people has he fired since he's been in office compared to past presidents?

@sweetiepoo Trump offered a deal on DACA, it's the democrats that won't comprise, or even meet with Trump. So much about the democrats caring for the dreamers.

@Quizzical Quizz, the irony is, during the last administration, when there was a shutdown because of the stalemate on healthcare, Trump said that only a “weak” leader allowed the government to shut down. But as president he was actually threatening to shut the government down ! And he said he’d take responsibility for doing so (which was a lie, of course). So yes, holding the government and federal workers for ransom is exactly what he’s doing. And the carrot of DACA is a smokescreen. The Dems know they can’t trust him to keep his word about anything. 😒

@GunSmoke9 the "deal" he offered was a temporary hold in exchange for permanent wall funding. So imagine this: trump steals your car and then steals your wallet. He then offers to loan you money from your wallet to lease your car back to you at inflated prices. And you are criticized for not taking the deal?

@nakedguy The democrats don't want a permanent wall, and the extremists don't want any walls or borders. Yes it's temporary with the DACA kids, but that is just a start. Democrats just refuse to compromise.

@GunSmoke9 There was a compromise in the beginning. Trump demanded more money, and threatened to veto anything less. And he threatened to shut the government down if he didn’t get his way. So he’s the one holding things up. And, remember—he had complete Republican control of the House and Senate for almost two years. So this is all on Trump.
