Up Against The Wall
Trump tweeted:

It looks like Trump, just watched Fox, and is now aware that Kelley said that the concrete wall idea was abandoned early on, and it seems as if everyone is aware of that, with the exception of all the Trump voters, who get their education through his tweets.
So, in this tweet, he says that the concrete wall, was never abandoned, but the experts told him that they want a see-through wall, you know, the kind of barrier that the two past administrations were doing, so that makes sense to Trump.
I am not sure if there's any way to decipher this, other than the concrete wall was abandoned, and Trump has been lying about it for the past couple of years. I'm sure this will zip above the SW Trumpsters' heads.
