There should be a maximum voting age

just like there is a minimum age. why should someone over 70 that doesnt contribute anything to society still be allowed to vote... especially about topics that wont affect them anymore.

They contribute understanding and wisdom, gained through many years of experience with many things. Many of them remember our country going through things similar to things that we're going through now, though of course some things are different now.

Oh, and one more thing. How old was Ronald Reagan when he took office, and how old was he when he left office? In my opinion, he's the last truly great president our country has had. Thanks in large part to his tax cuts, our country enjoyed a major economic boom during most of his presidency, and he also put a great deal of pressure on Russia to tear down the Berlin Wall, through his policy of peace through strength, which eventually resulted in the fall of the Iron Curtain.
