There should be a maximum voting age
just like there is a minimum age. why should someone over 70 that doesnt contribute anything to society still be allowed to vote... especially about topics that wont affect them anymore.

@xixgun Fortunately, in order to protect us from people like the OP, ANY change in the voting age requires a constitutional amendment. Good luck with that! Bet the OP doesn't even realize it. I am old enough to remember when the amendment was finally passed lowering it to 18. It was a huge movement with tons of support. Nothing like it would happen in the near future now.
