I can go to certain parts of the United States and it's like a foreign country. Parts of the NE and I can hear nothing but Russian or Italian on the streets. Or Arabic.
Nobody seems to care about culture being diluted there. In fact, most people nut on it and enjoy the groceries and restaurants.
Latin Americans and people freak out.
