I want the US to exercise an irrealist foreign policy.

I want to enforce Obama's redline. But I want it to be thicker this time.

Murder a journalist in an embassy? Arms deals are off, and we ain't giving parts for the weapons you already bought.

Attack the Ukraine? Guess who the next NATO member is...

Oh, and if you are a NATO member and you don't have the capacity to keep up with this agenda... good luck with all your future endeavors.

That approach would end in the next world war. I think the US does quite a bit of shit that it doesn't want found out too.

Saudi Arabia pours hundreds of billions of dollars into the US Arms Industry. Should one journalist really change that? It's thousands and thousands of jobs on the line. Not to mention that it's an ally who is opposing one of your other great enemies who may have nuclear capabilities.

Lets be realistic here.

Coming from one of the NATO member states that provides the least amount of money compared to gdp (which I admit is wrong, and we should uphold the agreement) - but it's not as straight forward as that. You need to figure out how you decide which money counts as military spending (transports, infrastructure, field medics, repairs, maintenance, salaries, pensions etc.?) - and you have to realize that the US Arms industry is the one that profits from higher military spending.

Nothing is as simple as it seems.

@Lucia I think not standing up for principles leads to the next world war.

A lot of historians believe the second world war started in Ethiopia in 1933.

Watching a lot of expansionists taking increasingly bolder risks is more likely to lead to a more devastating war than locking that shit down before it starts.
