All depends on the arm and the reporter, I guess, not to mention the facts and circumstances.
@jackjjackson Ultimately, I think the Court might give Trump something he can call a win, just like with the travel ban, actually.
At the same time, I think CNN has really already made its point, and I don't think the Court is likely to endorse content based restrictions on questions.
It'll be interesting to see how it plays out, but mostly because Trump himself is such a wild card and an impossible client.
