Do you think betto orourke could beat Donald Trump?

Can betto beat Donald trump in election 2020
fancyboy · 61-69, M
He couldn't even beat Ted Cruz!
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@fancyboy Ted Cruz was an incumbent republican in the state of Texas, the fact that he even had a close race is a miracle, much less within 2%. That's ridiculous.
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
I have mixed feelings about him. He's a little wonky and a little technocratic, but he doesn't take corporate PAC money, he is opposed to Citizens United, and he supports infrastructure spending, so I like him.

@BlueMetalChick I wanted him to beat ted Cruz it was close election
MrAboo · 36-40, M
Considering he couldn’t beat a twice failed presidential nominee I don’t think so.

VioletRayne · 31-35, F
@Mariocrespo8546 [c=#4C0073]which is even more hilarious considering republicans hate immigrants[/c]
Mariocrespo8546 · 31-35, M
@VioletRayne yes they do. Republicans hate me because I’m Hispanic

If he can demonstrate a modicum of competency along with dignity and decorum, he’d have a chance. If he (or any other candidate) follows Trump into the sewer, it’s over for them. In other words, Trump is like the Pennywise of politics.

@Withintent than who can beat Donald Trump
Withintent · M
No one, he'll be president until 2024
Mariocrespo8546 · 31-35, M
@Withintent glad I live at Colombia
Maybe at stupidity
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@Harley4Life Well the guy supports infrastructure spending, doesn't take corporate PAC money, and opposes Citizens United. So that's already better than Trump.

He does support federal jobs guarantee though and I'm not so sure I approve of that.
TheProphet · M
Not a chance.
BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@TheProphet Well I can only go by what you've said yourself. Though if I trust what you're saying now, it might be possibly the only thing I've ever thought you were right about, because I too am against corporate welfare.

My sister was making $250,000 yearly working for Lockheed-Martin but left that job because she discovered they were taking corporate welfare in exchange for providing bomber jets to Saudi Arabia, and violating constitutional law in the process, specifically the Arms Export Control Act.
TheProphet · M
@BlueMetalChick There is no program that would help my Company anyway, although I wouldn't take it anyway.
Mariocrespo8546 · 31-35, M
@TheProphet my state we loss Florida
QuixoticSoul · 41-45, M
He'll have to stop hiring crunchy hippies.
