Conservatives: What is one issue that liberals prioritize that you agree with?

@cultofaction Now that's a huge can of worms that requires going back to the League of Nations "Mandate for Palestine", the role the US played in site selection, the role Britain played in executing the plan and then abandoning their role as arbiters and security, etc. If you're going back to League of Nations, I agree that was a grievous error that the world has been dealing with ever since. However, the reality is that both populations exist in what had been solely Palestine for close to a century now. A two state solution is the only feasible solution to address the current situation. I don't see any hint of leadership from the US that is competent enough to help broker that.

@MasterLee So is most of Africa. Why did we abandon that conquest if Jews can colonize Palestine?

@cultofaction I don't know whether liberals hold that position. Both sides show a lot of favoritism to Israel in general. That's one of the few shared policy points that 3rd parties point out to differentiate themselves.

@MasterLee Serious inquiry though: if Palestine is fair game, why is Africa off limits? I'd gladly be in favor of seeing both go to good use, but I don't like double standards.

@MasterLee You don't care about many many billions of dollars of potential GDP for America going to waste? But you do care about some Jews arbitrarily picking a country and deciding they own it? What gives? You seem very biased against your own interest. Usually you're on the ball with these things
