Anyone else came to the conclusion that it is keep Judge Kavenaugh off the bench regardless?

What now Dems? You demand an FBI investigation and it doesn't go your way. I can't believe most of the liberal morons won't accept that he didn't do it.

I think this is almost over. What we need to consider now is that the Democrats are already building websites to take down the next Supreme Court nominee, whomever that might be, and probably in a similar way.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg will probably need to retire during Trumps' tenure. Stephen Breyer is nearly as old.
@4meAndyou You're skipping the midterms, or do you think RBG will go first?

@MistyCee I was skipping the midterms. I think the Republicans will win the Senate, and it is possible the dems will win the House. I think there are two things at play with the dems:

1. Revenge over Merrick Garland. Sometimes I listen to Shumer going on about that and I want to tell him to get over it, but he can't and he won't and he will destroy his party over it. The Senate is looking VERY bad. The Senate needs to cut out ALL the dirty tricks on both sides, and heal itself.

2. Preventing the Supreme court from being packed with conservatives, even if it destroys the Democrat Party in the process. I think the dems have forgotten that we are ALL watching the things they are doing, and they are starting to appear very dirty and slimy to most of us...."us"....the silent majority.

I think Ruth Bader Ginsburg will retire after the midterms. But I don't think the dems will be able to block the next nominee until the year 2024.
@4meAndyou LOL. 2024? You skipped Trump getting re-elected?

Blocking Kavenaugh always seemed like a pipedream to me, even worse than taking the Senate. The Democrats need to stay "relevant" at this point, by taking the House, and being able to do something other than whine on MSNBC and CNN and keep their eyes on 2020.

Frankly, I'm not sure that the majority of voters in this country is pro-Trump or even supports the Republican platform, but if I was a Democratic strategist, I'd be prioritizing capitalizing on whatever House seats they might get in the midterms and focusing on positioning for 2020.

The Supreme Court, IMO, is mostly a lost cause for Democrats, and the only real issue that's got massive voter appeal is Roe, which is slowly dying anyway.

@MistyCee I think you are correct. I believe (as a former Democrat and a Democrat Party legacy through my parents), that the Democrat portion of the Senate is allowing the systematic destruction of their own party. That's why I had to become an Independent voter. No one in the Democrat portion of the Senate is concentrating on anything except their own next wild sound bite. Moderate Democrats who remember the past seem to abhor what is happening.

I believe the Democrats slit their own throats when they began ignoring American farmers (my own family experience) and the lower middle class in general, and when they allowed regulations to sink our economy.

I think that Trump is making a needed correction, and with any luck all the really nutty nuts like Maxine Waters, Elizabeth Warren, Cory Booker and Hirono will be voted out by their own states. Not gonna happen...but if it did it would heal a lot of things.

@4meAndyou very well said. It is pretty obvious that Ruth Bader Ginsburg is not 100%. I sure hope that the next appointee doesn't go thru this because I think it will be a woman nominee.
You are also right-the Dems really showed their ass.
4meAndyou · F
@akindheart 😆😆😆😆😆 That was perfect! They showed their a$$ and it was covered with spots and didn't smell right.
@4meAndyou Hmmm. I definitely see where the Democrats got themselves in a pickle by losing touch with middle America and they've never been able to campaign on the economy well, even when they should be able to.

I think we'll probably see Biden running, and I'm not sure with who, but I'm pretty sure its not going to be any of the names you mentioned. I expect, actually to see some kind of drain the swamp thing from the Democrats, actually, or a return to civil politics, and to do that, they'll need to keep people like Watters and Booker out of the way.

@MistyCee Agreed, and we can hope that the dems self-correct. That would be awesome. I think we HAVE a socialist party in the United States, (Bernie) and we HAVE a Communist party, and some of the newbies need to identify themselves with the correct party.

If Biden is the Democrat presidential selection then Trump will be elected again because he does not have the popularity or the appeal to win. If Warren runs she also will be defeated because she is a flake and always sounds like she's going to cry.

Listening to Collins right now. Back later.

@4meAndyou It doesn't matter what they try to pull. They've lost all credibility. If the old bat croaks Trump will nominate another constitutional conservative and he or she will get confirmed. I believe the dumtards have heard this before but it bears repeating just to be sure they remember…..elections have consequences, we won, you lost, sit down, shut up.
